yay I'm ridiculous!

so I know I was dreaming about being on the Enterprise. as I was waking up I distinctly remember the following conversation.

Kirk: *babbling about something that I wasn't paying attention to* "...he's hotter than Bones"
Me: *distracted* "Nobody is hotter than Bones"
Kirk: ...
Me: *suddenly realizes what I've said, blush bright red, turn towards Kirk*
Kirk: GLEE!FACE!

the last distinct thought I had before I opened my eyes was really wishing I hadn't let Jim Kirk, of all people, know my secret.

LOL. man I wish I knew what else was going on in that dream. :)

my day at work (or how my icon has never been more appropriate)

oh man. so today. yeah. I don't want to have to do that again. um. EVER.

first was the message from my mom telling me that I can't use the credit card we share for about a month or so. which normally would be no big deal except. *sigh* I was going to buy myself a ticket to Azkatraz in hopes of sleeping on floors or in my truck just so I could actually see my friends this summer. barring sudden money falling from the sky I just don't think I can do it. so the timing of that just kinda sucks gigantic ass.

then. hahaha. oh god work. I got reprimanded for possibly the dumbest thing ever. no really. I'm not even going to go into details because it is SO STUPID. and as usual at this job, my propensity for being straight forward and honest always comes back to bite me in the ass. I don't even understand. the "investigation" is still going on, so I don't actually know if this is going to be a written warning in my file or what. (YES, THIS MIGHT GO DOWN ON MY PERMANENT RECORD.) I pretty much hate them all. with a few exceptions of course.

then I realized that the money I spent yesterday on lunch was not in fact extra money in my purse (it happens sometimes. I forget that I put money in a pocket or something. ) anyway. no. that was my laundry money. so you know. FUCK. thank god I get paid this Friday because really.

BUT THEN I CAME HOME. WHERE TWO AWESOME THINGS HAPPENED.

1. I watched Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan and my eyes will probably still be heart shaped when I wake up tomorrow morning. GAH SO AWESOME. Bones will always be my favorite no matter what. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH.
2. speaking of which, the always lovely dramedy, who is as always too good to me, has indulged my insanity and written me comment fic with me serving on the Enterprise. IT IS GLORIOUS

and now I think I'm going to read that comment over and over again some more fic and then bed. and hopefully tomorrow will be better.

oh who am I kidding. I'm totally reading that comment over and over again. :D
