so I'm watching Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan and while I don't want the next reboot movie to rehash the same story... I wouldn't mind it if they somehow brought the Genesis Project story in somehow. if only for McCoy's epic rant on the power of creation. and Spock's amused/annoyed reaction. ♥

Under the Blacklight by seren_ccd - Kirk/Chapel/McCoy. I love the way she writes Christine, all full of sass. McCoy and Jim are fantastic, especially Jim with his cheesy lines and ridiculous charm. *clutches story tight* ♥♥

“Basic Self-Defense,” Christine said.

“Another favorite of mine,” he said. “Dare I hope you need some one on one practice?”

Christine burst out laughing.

speaking of stories that were written for me, I never recced the story Sil wrote for me did I? I clearly suck.

Happy Lies, Harder Truths by silverlining_99 - Kirk/Chapel/McCoy. the thing with this threesome is that it is almost always Chapel and McCoy hitting it off and then eventually bringing Jim into the picture. I wanted to know how it would work if Jim got there first.

"You and me, Christine," he says instead of answering. "We should go out."

She lets his use of her name pass unremarked. "That's not going to happen."

"It should, though. You like me."

Christine sits back in her own chair and sighs. "I don't, actually."
