staring at the sky, at the moon

so I'm watching VH1's countdown of the 100 Greatest Artists (if you're new around here... I effing LOVE countdowns, even though they make me so angry sometimes) and contemplating going through the list and reccing three songs by each act but I just hit Depeche Mode and how the hell am I supposed to narrow it down to three songs? I ask you.

I finished the semester with two As and a C. the C annoys me because I got it from missing some assignments because I was dumb about due dates. and then she opened up the assignments yesterday to be turned in late and I couldn't because I was at work and by the time I got home it was closed again. AND I WANTED TO CRY. oh well. I'll live.

today was lovely. well not work, but even that was ok for the most part. but the day itself. I got home and left my door open so the cool spring breeze was coming in and drank a beer and just. things were kind of perfect for a bit. the moment passed but I'm still kind of floaty happy mellow. that might also be the beer. :)

I think movies are on the schedule for this weekend. I want to see Thor, Fast Five, Priest and Bridesmaids. I think these are good life decisions.
