- some horrible stuff happened today. not to me but to a good friend and I'm still kinda spinning from it all.
- doctor's appt went pretty much as expected. I now have blood pressure medication. I get to have all sorts of lab tests and blood work. fun? oh well. I really hope this works.
- so I'm going to distract myself with all things David Cook.

re: blood pressure. they've got me on cardizem and toprol. baby aspirin wasn't discussed mostly I think because it's pretty high and I think she wants to see if she can bring it down first and then maybe switch to some other options. meh.
