I love this meme

stolen most recently from [livejournal.com profile] bzzinglikeneon

1 - Go to Wikipedia. Hit "random" or click http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random

The first random Wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.

2 - Go to Quotations Page and select "random quotations" or click http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3

The last four or five words of the very last quote on the page is the title of your first album.

3 - Go to Flickr and click on "explore the last seven days" or click http://www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days

Third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.

4 - Use Photoshop or similar to put it all together.

I went and saw Watchmen earlier. LOVED IT. The only bummer was seeing it alone (because my friends here are LAME) and not having anyone to squee with about it.

1. I actually really liked Laurie. I'm mostly indifferent to her in the book but I thought she was awesome in the movie.
2. All of the actors did fucking fantastic. I believed every single one of those characters.
3. The music was great. (Although in my reading of reviews I saw someone say 'oh a version of "Hallelujah" I've never heard' *facepalm*) I really loved the MCR cover of "Desolation Row." *thumbs up*
4. Patrick Wilson, when are you going to marry me?

Definitely want to see it again. ♥

Previews we got were some Seth Rogan mall cop nonesense, The Hangover which actually looked kinda funny (or maybe it's just my desire to make out with Bradley Cooper talking), Public Enemies which looks awesome, Terminator Salvation which looks even more awesome and Star Trek for which I can not textually convey my excitement. *insert dolphin noises here*

he really really did. seriously I was so impressed with everyone. Jackie Earle Haley of course. his scenes in the prison were amazing. and JDM. from the first scene I completely forgot that in real life I think he's totally dreamy and was able to feel the right amount of revulsion and later pity for Edward Blake. I was actually kinda worried that he wouldn't be able to pull it off, but he was perfect.

movie! ♥

1. Yes, this!
2. They really did. I cannot shut up about Jackie Earle Haley & Patrick Wilson.
3. YES. And also, a;ldkfja;doigh; There was a similar moment with someone I saw it with, and I hissed "it's Leonard FUCKING Cohen" at her. ;)
4. HEE!

Public Enemies and Terminator Salvation are HIGH on my list.

I saw another comment elsewhere that was worded in a way that made me think the poster thought that "Hallelujah" was a Rufus Wainwright song. to which there is not enough OMG in the world.

Public Enemies looks so AWESOME.

EVERYTHING YOU SAID. I saw one review where somebody hated the music and how it was used, and all I can think was, 'OMG WHY ARE YOU STUPID?!?!'
