- SAMMY IS DRINKING DEMON BLOOD AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. OMG THAT WAS GLORIOUS.
- I'm pretty sure that Castiel is my favorite part of the show.
- oh man Dean is so broken.
- I would watch the Castiel and Anna show. I'm just sayin'.
- Uriel wanted to help Lucifer rise. huh.
- Castiel and Dean angsting at each other at the beginning when Dean wanted to talk to "Cas" felt like such fanservice. Kripke, I don't know the etiquette here. do I just leave the money on the nightstand? ugh.
- John Winchester will always be the way to hurt Dean.
- I loved Castiel's face when Sam was doing his thing. the way it shifted from innocence to curiousity to horror to fear and back was really awesome.
in closing Castiel is my favorite, Dean is broken like a big broken thing and SAMMY IS PLAYING VAMPIRE WITH A DEMON. WHICH WILL NEVER NOT AMUSE ME.

The strange "Cas" for me was hearing Anna say it. The only explanation for me (other than weird writing) was that she picked that up from Dean/Sam. Because I think they were the only ones before on the show to call him that. They've both used it, but they seemed to have given him that nickname themselves. Just seems like a non-angel thing to do - if they were to give each other nicknames, I would think it would be something more... soldier like?

also speaking of fanservice, next week looks ridiculous. I mean that in the very best way. :)

on 2009-03-20 08:27 am (UTC)The Anna thing I fanwanked by assuming that what she is now... is not what she was. She has her grace back, but she was touched, changed by humanity and now she's this inbetween thing. So it made okay sense to me that she would respond to the human name, and that's the only thing Castiel would feel comfortable calling her. Even when he wanted her counsel, he was still distant and flinch-y and clearly not accepting her as completely One of Them.
Next week is totally the plot of like 5 Wincest AUs. HILARIOUS.
