our system was down all day.

oh, gross. that is teh ugly. does that mean you had to twiddle your thumbs all day or that you had to deal with customers and repeat over and over that your system was down?

thankfully I don't work with customers. I do however have co-workers who will ask me for something, have me tell them the system is down and then ask me 10 minutes later for something just slightly different that still involves the system. OMG WHY SO DUMB?!

and today was more of the same.

I really don't want to go back tomorrow.
