was there any particular reason you were wearing monday's clothes today? it's really not a good look for you!

- so yeah. the power was out all damn day. now a few of us had computer access because our stations are on the emergency generator, but it just made the whole day really really difficult. add to that our horrible little nazi district manager telling us that we can no longer leave the front desk unattended (in our not open to the public office!) at all! not to run to the back to pull stuff off the printer, not to quickly get a co-worker, not at all. I wish I could be surprised by this level of bullshit, but really it's just par for the course anymore. absolutely none of the supervisory staff gives a shit about any of us. if I could find another job that wouldn't break me financially, I would be out that door so damn fast. *sigh*
- in happier news, went out after work for a co-worker's birthday. good times were had along with a much needed beer. :)
- while I do wish that Jakob had won, I am still so so happy for Russell. he was amazing all season and just wanted it soooo bad. okay season 6. go on tour! I neeeed to see them. ♥
