Katie - "Breakaway" (Kelly Clarkson) - oh honey no. that was just. not good.
Siobhan - "House of the Rising Sun" (The Animals) - I adore her. the beginning was great and I love the way her voice dips down so low. and Simon it was dark. WHICH IS WHY I LIKED IT.
Lacey - "The Story" (Brandi Carlisle) - Lacey gets no pre song interview package? weird. I like this song. she sounded really good, but I miss the way the song actually kind of gets a little forceful in parts. but her voice did sound really lovely.
Katelyn - "I Feel the Earth Move" (Carole King) - okay I love this song giant amounts, but it's so hard to sing without sounding so so dated. so like yeah she sounded okay but wrong wrong song choice.
Didi - "Rhiannon" (Fleetwood Mac) - I like her. this is really pretty. I hope that she makes it through because I would buy an album from her.
Paige - "Smile" (Charlie Chaplin) - I didn't know Charlie Chaplin wrote this song. madness. oh this is not a good choice. her voice is pretty but wow.
Crystal - "Give Me One Reason" (Tracy Chapman) - YES. MORE OF HER PLEASE.
Lilly - "I Fall to Pieces" (Patsy Cline) - most of the time the thought of someone doing Patsy Cline on Idol makes me want to run away screaming, but Lilly! ♥ also look at how cute she is! her little dress. her bizarre crocheted earrings. yay Lilly!

- oh man. Glee has it's many and varied problems but moments like Mercedes singing "And I'm Telling You" just BREAK ME in all the best ways. ♥
- so remember cute co-worker I ran into at a bar? yeah so haven't been out with him since then, except for seeing him at like company events. but on Saturday when we were at bowling he invited me to go out this Thursday. the kicker? it's to celebrate the birthday of a co-worker. who is his ex-wife. who I don't really like all that much. so um. DAMMIT.
