- yeah after last week I can't believe I'm watching again either. all I can say is THANK GOD I was drunk off my ass when I watched that results show.
- Rolling Stones. could be awesome. could also be disaster.
- Michael - "Miss You" - I'll say this, I think part of the reason I like him so much and then read Slezak at EW and am always confused, is that I'm usually looking down to type so I'm just getting the vocals and not the hammy performance. which I 'm getting right now. it's a style and it suits him but I can see why it's a turn off for some people. but hey. the vocals were great. shit I hate when I agree with Kara. although stop talking about Jagger in the past tense.
- Seacrest I'm kind of in love with you.
- Kris Allen you should know I spent like an hour last night "building" my Focus at the Ford site. I CAN NOT AFFORD A NEW CAR OKAY.
- Didi - "Play with Fire" - I really do like her voice. song choice is really really good. (hahahha my song biases will totally show tonight) I love the sort of restrained awesomeness that is going on here. fuck I'm agreeing with Kara again.
- Casey - "It's All Over Now" - I like the whole country/soul/blues thing. although, it's kind of... boring? I don't know. I like him I guess. AHAHAHAH YAY ELLEN YAY!
- you know what I really don't want? Miley Cyrus: movie star. she's everywhere already! *whine whine whine*
- Lacey - "Ruby Tuesday" - I kind of fear this. oh yeah she should totally be here over Lilly and Katelyn. grrrrrrargh. okay so there went the everyone was doing really well thing. I didn't like that at all. whatever Randy. I think there was some weird phrasing. really Simon? nothing wrong with the vocals? I. what? (hahahah RYAN ILU!)
- Andrew - "Gimmie Shelter" - that was really shaky at the beginning but I think he pulled it together. not fantastic but not awful.
- you know this show wouldn't take so damn long if we didn't go to commercial after every performance
- Katie - "Wild Horses" - awesome Katie way to be totally predictable. why the FUCK is she still in this competition? think of the awesomeness that Lilly would be doing with this song. (although I think Lilly would have made a better song choice.) I mean yeah I love this song, but it's kind of been done. and mostly I just want to listen to The Sundays while Angel and Buffy dance at the prom. sweetheart your lower range is not where you want to be. there ya go. there's a weird disconnect with how she's singing the song and how the background singers are singing it. good god. no. just. no. JUDGES. WHY?

- okay on one hand Tina Fey and Steve Carell should be HILARIOUS. on the other Date Night looks AWFUL.
- Tim - "Under My Thumb" - NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. his smile is terrifying. I wonder where he's buried the bodies.
- oooh I want to see the episode where Booth and Bones first meet. <3 DAVID BANANAS HOW SO ADORABLE?!
- Siobhan - "Paint It Black" - what an odd arrangement. although she's a giant weirdo (and I say that with absolute affection.) I am totally digging this. OMG HAHAHAHA SHE'S SO CUTE.
- I like how I sit here and totally mock the commercials for New Moon, like I'm not going to buy it.
- anyone else appalled by the commercials for that Gerard Butler/Jennifer Aniston movie? UGH.
- Lee - "Beast of Burden" - I like this but I don't think it was anything special. I do love that rough quality of his voice. and totally agree with Simon.
- Paige - "Honky Tonk Woman" - okay I love this song so I fear what is about to happen. first of all I hate pronoun changes. no one will think you're a lez! her voice isn't horrible but I'm still bitter about Katelyn.
- Aaron - "Angie" - first of all why does everyone think coming from a small town is so unique? whatevs. okay that was pretty good. not that I want to admit it.
- Crystal - "You Can't Always Get What You Want" - I LOVE HER. THE END. I WOULD LIKE TO BUY HER ALBUM NOW PLEASE.

- my mom is so cute. she texts me earlier to say she's testing her new phone. so then I ask her what kind. her answer? a red one. oh mom. <333
- the weather has been GORGEOUS but I do not trust mother nature. I feel like I'm being lulled into a false sense of security.
- am halfway through the first Percy Jackson book. SO FUN. <3

Poor Lilly... she should have been there over some of the people who ARE there, but I still am having a hard time forgiving her for the way she sang "Fixing a Hole." (Yeah, I'm attached to that song lots.)
