I do not like boxing films and was preparing to be sad that I would have to miss out on T Hard but then I saw the trailer. TOM HARDY HALF NAKED SPEAKING WITH AN AMERICAN ACCENT, I AM SO THERE.
I loved it so much! seriously I've always loved Magneto but more than any other of the x-movies I was all 'FUCK HUMANS. JOIN THE BROTHERHOOD.' plus. Fassbender. mrowr.
I actually have very little background in the comics and the cartoon, but the story was so engaging and so well done; the viewer really doesn't need much background for it.
It made me sympathize much more with Magneto and Mystique than I ever had just from the 3 movies previous!!!
Hahaha, though I will admit that I went to see it because so many awesome authors are writing it and I kind of figured I should check it out. =D
Yes, I think a cinema doubleheader is required - X-Men: First Class and Super 8. Actually wish I could do a triple header and include Pirates as well. Hee.

plus have you seen the press stuff with Fassbender and McAvoy? they ship Erik/Charles as much as anyone.
