7x01:
- of course Morgan has spent the last months tracking down Doyle. and only trusting Garcia to help. DUH.
- and oh when he offered her an out and her reaction. ♥
- INTERNETS. YOU ARE ALL FIRED. WHY DID NO ONE TELL ME OF SCRUFFY!HOTCH. holy jesus I know what I want for my birthday.
- I can't tell if I'm relieved or annoyed that they glossed over how JJ is back in the unit. but OMG JJ. *clings*
- is it wrong that I kind of like Doyle? I mean,yes yes international big bad but.
- and Hotch telling the team right before Emily walks in. EMILY PRENTISS/PAGET BREWSTER I LOVE YOU SO MUCH.
- the senate hearing is a clever way to tie this all together, but mostly I just want to punch that guy in the face.
- Reid being the one to come up with the plan the eventually goes all to shit is kind of awesome. also awesome the way he responded when Senator Douchebag tried to claim we don't trade people. EIDETIC MEMORY PEOPLE.
- Strauss being stealth good guy is my favorite.
- Emily reciting the oath gave me goosebumps.
- TEAM. ALL TOGETHER. ♥
7x02:
- okay the case was really icky. on many levels.
- not icky is Reid channeling his inner pouty 10 year old. but oh god the thought of him going over to JJ's house and crying the whole time Emily was gone. I understand why he's so upset.
- Hotch getting Rossi to agree to the whole cooking thing was hilarious. DID YOU SEE HOTCH'S SMILE? IT WAS AMAZING.
- also hahahahah Garcia using tofu in Rossi's recipe.
- seriously the last two minutes were GOLD. EVERYONE SO SMILE-Y! REID COMING BACK IN TO THE GROUP! JJ AND EMILY JUST WANT TO DRINK WINE. not enough heart eyes in the world.
7x03:
- obvious parrallels to season 2 episode 'Distress' but I think they managed to make this one even more tragic which is saying quite a lot given how I cry myself sick watching 'Distress.'
- because seriously this dude gets to spend the rest of his life not recognizing people he knows and loves. AND gets to live with the knowledge that he killed his own parents. gah.
- and Reid continues to have no sense of self-preservation. I love that kid.
- Morgan wanting Emily to requalify not because he doesn't trust her, but because he doesn't trust himself. GOD THESE PEOPLE. and ahahahah coffee and neck massages.
7x04:
- two words: PRANK WAR
- although didn't Reid go to Cal Tech. or maybe one of his doctorates is from Cal Tech and another is from MIT. and now I want Reid to know McGee from NCIS since he went to MIT as well. (oh that reminds me of a commercial on USA for some movie with Mark Harmon and Lola Glaudini. I don't even care what the movie is really about, I'm just assuming it's a giant NCIS/Criminal Minds AU with Elle and Gibbs doing... something. SOMETHING AWESOME.)
- for a minute I thought that one dude was the killer. you know... up until the point he got killed.
- also LOLZ FOREVER at Reid accusing JJ of being a mean girl. and Reid coaching basketball by breaking down shooting patterns. AND HUSTLING MORGAN. AHAHHAHA
- Hotch and Jack will always get me in my lady bits. Jack hasn't mentioned Haley because he doesn't want Hotch to be sad! *CRIES FOREVER*
7x05:
- the case did very little for me and frankly as soon as the unsub started telling his version of what happened to his mom I knew he pushed her.
- what I did love and what I've loved in all the episodes so far this season is how the team works together and just. my show is back. I don't know what happened to it last year but it's back.
- hahaha Garcia babbling over speaker phone will never get old.
- loooved the mom who started to lie to her daughter to keep her safe. and that the daughter knew what she was doing. AGENCY. YES.
- so I guess the first boy gets to go live with his grandparents?
- ack! Rossi! I knew nothing good would come out of this and I guessed fatal disease but oh dear god this show really knows how to make it EVEN WORSE. I predict much crying on my part. (which is saying absolutely nothing as I cry at almost all episodes at some point. whatevs.)
IN CONCLUSION, I LOVE THIS SHOW AND THESE CHARACTERS AND THEY ALL LOVE EACH OTHER AND I WANT A SCRUFFY!HOTCH FOR MY BIRTHDAY. THE END.
