so today ended up with me making a totally banging turkey chili and catching up on Top Chef. good life choices I feel. also if you watch Top Chef you should really read Hugh Acheson's blog at Bravo's website. dude is hilarious (I already loved him from Top Chef Masters) and he totally calls the contestants out, something I've only ever really seen Bourdain do in the blog spaces. (Frankly I gave up on Tom's blog after the first few a couple of seasons ago. I want the juicy gossip Tom!) so yeah. Hugh is awesome. Team Unibrow! ♥
spent a good portion of this evening reading Baby, I'm Howling For You by
also I made an executive decision to drop one of my courses for this semester. it just makes no sense to take it plus spend the $300+ on books to learn something that will be outdated as of 2013. I'm not going to be entering the field before then so no. just. no. so that will mean I'm only taking 6 credits which still keeps me at half time for my financial aid and will mean that I won't go bug fuck insane trying to balance 10 credits with full time work. I did one semester of 12 credits and I'm sure everyone at work was grateful that my other semesters were never that... ambitious. :)
