I wanted to be an aeroplane

loveflyfree- brother made dinner for us tonight. so delicious. the nieces are ridiculous and wonderful and plans were made with sister in law to go shopping later in the week. all in all a very nice evening. which was nice as most of the day was spent indoors since there was more wind and rain and I was bored. and everytime I thought about that all I could think of was Sherlock shouting 'BORED' at everything. which amused me. :)
- also amusing me is the albatross trying to teach itself to fly on Discovery channel's Frozen Planet. I am suddenly reminded of Martin Crieff. it's also possible that I just have Benedict Cumberbatch on the brain.
- tomorrow is into town so my dad can do his blood work and then breakfast at the cajun restaurant. oh delicious food. get into my tummy. then I think it's more wine tasting. because of course it is.
- I'd been hoping to get some writing done this week, but I find it kind of weird to try and write with one or both of my parents in the room. so that's not really happening the way I wanted it to. I'm sure I'll live however.
